The main character in our story. She just moved to a new town, and was excited to start her first day at the new school. Unfortunately, she got hit by a truck and ended up in Hell. Now she's trying to make friends there, and find her way home.
Her name is Kiki, "Night of Nogil".Her hat sometimes talks. She doesn't like Rinne, but becomes slightly more friendly with her after being beaten up by Steela, mostly out of fear.
The Principal of the school. He looks like, and talks like, Elvis. He often punctuates his speech with a loud screeching cry of "Baby!" He isn't afraid to play dirty to get what he wants.
Wolfie, subtitle Howling Wolfinica. A were-wolf style student.

The teacher of the girl's classes. He has a whip that he loves, and isn't afraid to use it on the students.
The student president. Like Rinne, he's human and can bleed. He has gathered a few of the other humans alongside himseld in the student council.
Before Rinne left for school, her mother gave her a note pad that she thought was utterly corny. Now it is the one thing that is keeping her connected to reality and "home".
Her name is Phantoma, subtitle "Masked phanteana".
Her name is Curia, subtitle Vampire Curia. One of the first students to talk to Rinne. She really doesn't like her though.
Her name is Steela, subtitle Franken Steela. Steela is a kind of Frankenstein-monster. She is very quiet and (almost?) never talks. She is the only person to befriend Rinne when Rinne tries to protect her from the teacher's beatings. She's also on the cover, and has a pretty cool character design, IMHO.
Subtitle: Curse of Mummyla
I believe that her name is actually "D", but the subtitle for her name is the more interesting "Death Cronola".
The subtitle for her name is "Creature Gillealla".
The (Hell) Cat is a messenger of Hell. He's being tormented early on, and runs into the street. Rinne saves him from being hit by a car, but inadvertantly gets hit by a truck herself...
The cat's name is actually spelled "69" and pronounced "Rokku".
