Hello Mangatranslation's staffs,

My name is Hani Arashi and I'm a member of a Vietnamese translation group

We wish to contribute your project: Dogs manga with two series, Stray dogs howling in the dark and Bullets & Carnage to Vietnamese otakus. Therefore, your permission is really important to us in order to translate the manga. Of course, we will put the link to Mangatranslation on our credit page.

Finally, thank you so very much for giving us the opportunity to read those wonderful manga.
