Do you mean on page 11 when Badou's brother is shown lying in blood? I thought it was Badou's younger self..the hair does look a little different from pages 10-11...more straight on page 10 and more curly in page 11, but it seems like the character is holding his eye where he was wounded like Badou...

I've gone back and updated http://mangatranslation.com/dogs/characters/dogs-bNc-characters.html , the Dogs: Bullets and Carnage character list to reflect the changes through to chapter 30. For chapter 30, does anyone know who that is in Badou's flashback with his brother? Could it be Mimi? I'm really awful at identifying people in real life, and manga isn't much easier.

I thought this was an interesting chapter. Some Badou action, backstory, and a bit of brooding Haine.

By the way, I picked up Dogs: Bullets and Carnage volumes 2 and 3 today. I can't believe how quickly they were able to get volume 3 out. The last chapter in volume 3 is chapter 29: last month's chapter! Amazing!

Slowly moving closer, step by step: I bought VGD volume 10 today. I don't anticipate scanning it for at least three or four months though.

I really liked this chapter. Two things:

missing.jpg pops up when the page numbers are not sequential. GMAO kind of idiotically just increments each page by one to export a range.

ah, sounds nice when you've got help. I used to get some great support from Ki Shodar back when I was doing scans and putting those out. Now I'm just doing text translations mostly, so it isn't a big deal.

I store the page dimensions because I used to do some scaling that would let you zoom in / zoom out. It was a crappy way to do it though, a better way is to apply a scaling transform to the Graphics object, and not mess with translating the coordinates for the points.
