because the game sucks, poor animation, crappy hit-boxes, and combo-crazy game play.
I really can't play games other than Super Street Fighter II Turbo, and just have never had an interest in KOF, so I'm not interested in translating any KOF manga.

Mangas based on fighting games are mostly crappy anyway. Poor Plot+throw as much characters/techniques as possible to lure the fans (and sweet $$$). KOF mangas aren't far away from the scheme AFAIK. Unless there are some gems that weren't scanned.
