Upgrading the old Mangatranslation.com server

I'm upgrading the Mangatransation.com server from an absolutely ancient Debian 9, and shooting for Debian 12. I'm currently at Debian 10, so we are on our way. This phpbb seems to still work, email still works, and apache still works, so I think that is the best I can hope for.

Well, after I get the server update done, I want to install WordPress and get my blog from ancient bblog transferred over, and once that is done, look at compiling Great Manga Application Onidzuka so it will run on my M1 mac, after which I can start translating stuff again.
