Switched main seeds to Azureus

I've switched over to using Azureus for seeding stuff, and set it with a 100 K/s max cap. So things might go much quicker now. Also, I will automatically stop seeding where there are many seeds for a torrent, so that should send bandwidth towards torrents that don't have as many seeds.
Let me know if things are better or worse...
