I've upgraded the tracker and main seeds (using btdownloadcurses.py) to the new 3.4.1 version of BitTorrent. There are some bandwidth improvements in the new client, and of course, it should all be backwards compatible with the other versions.

I should note that I'm having a bit of trouble with the seeds right now - looks like Kagome Kagome is unseeded. I'll try to fix this on Monday or something.
