BitTorrent server information
For those that are curious, you can get information on my BitTorrent server at:
http://tjtg.mangatranslation.com:6969/
It displays what files the BitTorrent server is serving, how many people have downloaded (and kept the file open - there is always 1 there since I run downloaders on this machine) and how many people are downloading.
I'm pleased with the performance of BitTorrent, BTW. It also has a really nice feature that I bet nobody noticed: when I updated ch 33, if you downloaded it via BitTorrent and did a "Save As..." on the file you already downloaded (the ch 33 missing page 189) BitTorrent checked the file, and only downloaded the bits you were missing. Cool.
That works in the general case too, you just select the file you have to resume downloading if you lost a connection for some reason...
Well, feel free to comment on the BitTorrent stuff if you want.

BitTorrent problems
Agent Wax,
Could you be more specific? Why can't you open them? What errors do you get?

Hi Loddos,
please read the text on the downloads page.
You downloaded the .torrent file just fine. You have to open the .torrent file with the BitTorrent client (you did install BitTorrent, like it says to do on the downloads page, right?) and then it downloads the zip.
You just have to double click the .torrent file to start the BitTorrent client, assuming you have it installed.
Good luck.

Re: error10061
No, that is what happens with the tracker goes down. When noone is seeding the file, you just sit there, but don't get an "error connecting to tracker" message.Madrikor wrote:thats when there is no one seeding the file
The tracker "lost socket to server" - I've had that problem with the "new tracker" before. I'll try to track down why it happens - the new tracker is much better at optimizing swarm download speeds, but seems to be less stable than 3.1 for me. bummer.

Help me download tjtg ^^;
Is there any way that anyone can help me get the tt manga?
It seems like all teh mirrors have died except the one serving volume 1 and the tracker is more than a bit dead
If there is a need for trade in anyway I can probably find something that you are interested in.

I was on a road trip this weekend. The tracker died. It is back up now. Cheers,Ilzhahkha wrote:Is there any way that anyone can help me get the tt manga?
