Just out of curiousity, what types of fonts are being used? It looks like comic sans ms, but it isn't.

I usually use "Wild Words" a commercial font.

I have begun using the Mika-chan font for my own stuff lately, because it is a nice hand-drawn font that contains a complete set of Japanese characters. Freely available: http://mikachan-font.com/

I have to say, it is really wild to throw up a manga in GMAO, set the display language to Japanese, and then see the Mika-chan font replicate what was already on the image in the first place.

Mika-chan isn't really a good font for comics though. Nice font anyway though. :)
