Used up 5GB of 20GB bandwidth allotment for the month

I will probably shut down the MangaTranslation.com image gallery when I start to approach my bandwidth limit. That is what is taking up the vast majority of the bandwidth.
I've been looking around for some throttling tools, but mod_bandwidth and mod_throttle are not currently supporting Apache2, and I don't particularly want to downgrade to Apache 1.3.xx...
Anyway, if the image gallery gets replaced with some sort of "temporarily gone" type notice, don't be surprised. If I can't find any good bandwidth limiting tools for Apache2, I just might do the downgrade.
