The first is volume 12 and is a cropped full body shot of Madoka the second is Maya from volume 10, but isn't any bigger only Nagi's face to the left is cropped. (though there is a nice full shot of Aya below)

Volume 12 and 10, you sholud be able to find scanlations of those if you look hard enough.
