Wow! At last another TenTen chapter! Great artwork and it was nice to see Volume V21 on raw paradise, too. I noticed some new pages on V21 with our beloved Maya.

I'll start cleaning this one tomorrow and then wait patiently for Fugu's translations.

BTW I know I said I'll redo the last few chapters with Fugu's trans but I did't have time. Now I do, sort of, so expect them some time soon. :D

A bit more screentime from our favorite hero with the small role
The chapter appears to me as an fair ending of this arc... with some answer missing. (I hope that this wasn't the final fight... and all what is left is the epiloge!)

Did Kabane, Nui,.... revived of the dead? What happen to Nagi? The others Maya, Aya, Bob, seem not to miss Nagi too hard...?

Questions over questions... maybe I get some answers later :P

Edit: Some points about ch130:

-Madoka wakes up and feels an emptiness in her stomach, lucky enough she notice something that she could put in her mouth... Itadakimasu(?)
-In the flashback we see those who died and those who should died, didn't die. Maybe some ghost appearance, since Madoka hate ghosts.
-It is explained what happend, when Masataka face Susanoo
-In Susanoo is "power" of over 100 extraordinary talent sealed in [not to sure about this one], which is able to bring back the dead ones with the ability of "recalling the soul of the dead" the ability of his father (Kago) or heal the ones who careless use his body
-It seems like Nagi decide to be Susanoo and don't reject the abilities, otherwise he couldn't help those.
-[Can't figure much about the probably most important part, it seems like Susanoo tells a story with a tree in it or use it as a metaphor. In the end he seems to promise with Masataka something and Masataka will keep his promise as well and do everything for it]
-[Again can not figure out, but it appears the ring of fate is untied... and then "something" will happen next time]

Volume 21 is the most heavily altered full volume release since 14 although nowhere near that level. Seems like a good chapter, it jumped to tomorrow so finally after about 3 years we move onto day 2 of the election tournament.

Kago Souhaku?

Does anyone know what happened to Kago Souhaku?

I'm not sure. Souichirou definitely has his power now. It's unknown whether Souhaku is still alive in Souichirou or he disappeared or whatnot.

By the way did we ever get a explanation on how everyone escaped F's base? It seems like, this is the second time that time has jumped between chapters like this, while not explaining what the hell happend. :?

Well, they made it out, that's the only thing that matters. Otherwise, we might have to sit for six months of Oh! Great explaining how they made it out.

Yea they made out of it, so what you are complaining about? But judging from the ability of Susanoo even if they are crushed, "he" will revieve them and even regenerate their bodies, Nui seem to be the best example. Maybe a far more advanced Dragon Palm ^^

It seems like Masataka talk with Susanoo and not Nagi, since he refer to him as Susanoo[might be totally wrong  ] but at the same time Susanoo seem to be controlled by Nagi and not by someone hostile. I doubt Susanoo wait for Tsukuyomi to appear and spare Masataka's life since he might be an enemy (or salvation? = the reason for sparing him?)

You have to copy the link and paste it in your browser for open it or use browser function to open in a new tab window.
If by chance you click directly on it and in your browser still has ...raw-paradise..., the download won't start

You mean Kago's mansion where Souichiro was kidnapped to? I could be wrong but I remember it was mentioned that Madoka slaughtered through the base with the help of Reiki (she got it after Maya goes into a coma).

They vaguely talked about it somewhere during the dialogues about red feathers being really weak against Reiki. It was the reason why Madoka made it out without a scratch, and why Ishiyumi didn't show up after the events since he was hospitalized with the other kidnapped girl.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks.

hrrm, so Nagi revived everyone? Why is Madoka being frightened and Masataka throwing up? Because of the damage Nagi have done (and also able to fix?)?

I don't have a translation but I think Masataka was still calling Nagi 'Nagi', no idea what position does this put Nagi into, I think it's a great chapter, since we're finally out of the building.

At least oh!great isn't skipping next month, though I have a feeling they're just going to be back to school with some random fights and some changes to the executive council and jyuken club, I hope that doesn't take 10 chapters =P

I like how bunshichi is still smoking a cig.

Love the color pics, even though he never gets the girl Masataka always seems to wind up in the best situations with them. Can't wait for the translation of this, I was wondering if Nagi would ever use his dad's power. I wonder if they'll all drop dead when they get near Maya (like the princess' dog did). Looks like Nagi's ki can make the cherry trees bloom.

Looks like we're going into a whole new direction, or is the tournament still going on? Seems kinda pointless now, Mits is healed and Masa already beat him, Maya is back but if Mits gives up (kinda sounded like it) I doubt she would want to fight him anymore. SO is it everyone vs Nagi now? Obviously him and Masa will be the big fight, someday...

uh, you might be waiting for a while... (Well, I do plan to scan the last 3 month's worth of chapters today, but...) I've actually really gotten the crazy idea that I want to write an OSX version of Great Manga Application Onidzuka and that just sounds a lot more interesting than translating manga right now. But after two months of kicking that around I'm not getting anywhere so I think I'll just throw more of my hobby time back into translation. :-P

I don't know what you are writing about, but bring what you start (TT translation) to the end  Otherwise you will always feel you missed something.

well, I think I'm doing a pretty good job. I started back in 2001. Unbelievably, when I started translation there were maybe 6 volumes of the manga out. I was sure that it would finish before I ever caught up to the published tankoubons.

Nine years later, and it still hasn't ended. At least Vulgar Ghost Daydream had the good sense to finish! And Hell's Angels! And GTO! And GetBackers (uh, I think, I haven't checked that out in a while.)

sigh.

I did scan stuff though. :-) I think I'll catch up on my Dogs translation before looking at TJTG though. It seems like there are other groups around that will translate stuff quickly, so I might as well take my time with it and do a good job.

That just convince me, that you will bring it to an end, Fugu. Though I am a bit troubled about the "WHEN" you will complete it ^^

Woot it is already 9 years? well the series is already running for almost 12 years... and it might be good to end it with 12 years similiar to asian zodiac ^^

@Sarex as good as someone might just translate whatever one wants ^^ no one might proof reading it :/

Since it seems there's not going to be a tournament final can it be that the history will advance some years in time? say 5 yers or so. Nagi's challenge to Masataka did not seem like something that coud be acomplished in , lets say, months time. Anyway it woud be refreshing to watch the characters in another context.

one question, at the end of this arc, who won?

uh, unless I botched the translation (I didn't) Nagi gave Masataka one year's time.

So, I'm still a little confused on what happened here. From what happened and I'm just guessing (correct me if I'm wrong), but basically souhaku was sealed into nagi by reiki and that was what was meant by the whale and the harpoon/spear analogy. I would assume souhaku no longer plays an important role in the story since he's being held in check by reiki. From what I understand about the current nagi, he seems to want someone to save him from his fate and that person is matasaka. Basically I think that souhaku was successful in creating the true warrior, something which nagi was destined to become. Nagi, who's currently bounded by fate, wants masataka, who is outside the wheel of fate, to free him from it (I think this is why masataka mentions that mitsuomi would somewhat understand nagi since it was masataka who freed mitsuomi from his heart condition/inner turmoils/fate that was caused by the ghost of shin.) I'd assume nagi's just going around reviving people as a way of following his fate since he has the power to do so like how mitsuomi went around enforcing with the enforcement group because he had the power to do so. Again, I'm just guessing or trying to get a better understanding of the events that occured and I am more than welcome to hear input of what others think may have happened.

Ok, and when that year goes by who woud have graduated from the school?

However i find interesting that after the climax, even if the players did, the situation didnt really change. I guess power always finds a new place to rest.[/quote]
