its a defence against a frontal two handed choke. You strike using both arms one two the head the other two the groin, then using your left arm you perry down as you do a right kick to groin. Of course it would be better if you see it in action but oh well.

Sounds like a Morote zuki or Yama zuki. I've only done it in kihon and kata. I don't think it would work in kumite. Leaves your torso too vulnerable to counters.
