Added a "staff" page

Hey all,

I finally got around to adding http://tjtg.mangatranslation.com/staff.html - that lists the "staff" working on Tenjo Tenge.

I also cleaned up the "mirrors" listed on the downloads page, removing all the sites that were dead or not offerring any TJTG mirror. Thanks to all the mirrors!
