I have been picking up ultra jump and I keep seeing this little guy that looks like an alien and has glowing eyes, what is he?

Do you mean the guy that is about to show up in the past arc, the one Fugu keeps telling us to expect the appearance of? No, that would be Asshat. The alien doesn't even appear in the past arc. Don't look at me. I didn't write it.
