Looks like a fansub group has started up already. I am downloading it now, so not sure of the quality, but its definetly worth checking out.

Anime Station [a-s] and Orata Wazuka na Shimi [OWnS] groups started to translate Tenjo anime.

And judging by the amount of people downloading I must say that the manga will definetely get more attention now....
