hello Guest.
Just go to the main site mangatranslation.com. From there you can get Fugu's contact info and in the Tenjo Tenge section in the sub section downloads there are several links where you can download volume 1. Check the mirrors if you can't/don't want to use BitTorrent. And everything on the site is free.
As for the site being down, it wasn't fully down for more than a day I think, however, it was a low key text version for like a week or so. What you're seeing now is the way it used to be (except for the new forum).
Hope that helps.

Hey there. When you "click and enlarge" to view an image, it downloads it to your computer anyway. When I leave pages up, people always link to them from other sites, and that really eats into my (precious) bandwidth. So for TJTG, I only serve up ZIP files with the images. You can download them from tjtg.mangatranslation.com/downloads.html using BitTorrent, a swarming file distribution application. If you don't want to use BitTorrent, then you can try one of the mirrors.

Good luck.

9. See the sticky topic that lists their ISBN numbers, and has images of each of the covers as well.

Is volume 9 the last volume of the series or is it still running?
