Fight 70 and up?

I just bought the jap vol11 of TT but it seems to only goes up to Fight69. Just wondering how did other sources like JoJo have Fight70 and up?

Tenjo Tenge is released on a monthly basis in Japan. Every six months or so they release a tankoban containing six chapters. Fugu has been working with the tankoban because they're higher-quality prints and more affordable than getting a translation of Ultra Jump just for one title.
