Basically, they took Fugu's translation and applied it to the images.

The edit job is just great. Amazing imaging work. Very professional. The translation.. well, we've already seen it and it's good. (I just wish things like "ideaology" didn't show up )

All in all, a nice job and I am actually glad that Fugu let them use his translation. Pairing up talents is good.
The one that was released by Evil Genius....

Do you mean it is using the same translation... i mean... the one that we read that was translated by Fugu????

If so... then i don't need to download anymore.... if not... i mean... if they change a few translation or something was changed... maybe i'll spend another hour downloading them... because i'm dial-up.... like to read from another view of perspective.... i mean... translation....

Hi new here. Read all of 12 + volumes of Tenjo Tenge it's a really kickass manga. 8)

Well anyways about the Aya x Nagi I believe that it will happen. What I see is Nagi giving up on Maya in terms of ever having a romantic relationship with her same with Masataka giving up on Aya his already seen how much she cares for Nagi and knows that she loves Nagi. Nagi will slowly start to like Aya actually I think he already has it was when Aya was fighting with Maya and when she said that she wants Nagi back and how much she cares for him you see panel image of Nagi having a woah type of look I think that was when he was finally starting to "notice" her.

Masataka could end up liking and end up with that new girl that he fought with lol forgot her name the one that used that saber weapon. She already likes him maybe Oh Great also kept her in the story so that Masataka after not ending up with Aya will end up with that girl.

That other just recent new girl that beat up her own face with her knee already likes Nagi without a doubt she will make Aya jealous and also that girl seems to the jealous type too she was getting jealous when Maya was talking to Nagi.

Hmm I see cat fight between Aya and that girl soon .

Quite a good observation and conclusion, I think.

Masataka as a paedophil maniac? Would be funny... yes, it would, but I personally think that he and Isuzu will realize that they won't get what they want and finally stick to each other. At least, you see some hint in the OVA, in episode 2, where they talk to each other - Isuzu's expression on her face was quite interesting.

Hmmm... I sincerely hope that'll happen, and I hope that Shizuru will beat the crap out of Aya.

Reading several post back yeah I gotta say Nagi likes Maya because she seems to be a mother figure to him and she's been a sort of "motherly" towards Nagi. Heck he was huggying Maya and crying as if she was her mother and she was consoling him like a mother does. lol At first I thought I was the only one who saw that but it seems other people have the same view as mine Oh Great is clearly showing their "relationship" as a mother/son type of thing going on.

Right now Nagi is too hunged on Maya for him to even try to see what type of feelings he has for Aya. Several chapters ago showed us that Maya still loves Mitsuomi and wants to save him so as long Mitsuomi alive she'll never fall for Nagi. She even ask Nagi's mom to have his son life to stop the "100 year war" and ending up saving Mats life. So I don't see Maya ending up with Nagi when she still loves Mitsuomi so much that she's willing to put Nagi life on the line.

edited: I accidently put Mats name instead of Mitsuomi oops.

Hmmm... I sincerely hope that'll happen, and I hope that Shizuru will beat the crap out of Aya.
That girl is quite attractive will not right now because her face is all bruise up but after it heals and if she hangs around or joins Maya's group she'll likely make moves on Nagi and Aya will not allow that sort of thing to happen. That will be one exciting Cat fight.

Does this mean I'm not the only one who thinks there's an unsaid chemistry between Isuzu and Masataka? Well, a little maybe.

Needless to say Oh! Great has to put Isuzu back in the spotlight once in a while. She can't stay in that hospital forever!

Sure, but considering that every character looks like as if they were in their twenties, I'd say that Madoka definitely stands out among the female characters. Then again, Masataka doesn't look like Bunshichi either.

I know that, but well... Madoka looks like a little girl to me, not the type that is in the state of mind where she thinks about having a boyfriend, but that's only my personal opinion. Plus, Masataka beat her up badly when she attacked Bob & Isuzu...

@kujoe:
Nope, you aren't alone. And I appreciate that you want her back in action, too... it was just too cool when she saved Bob from Madoka in berserk mode. *g* At least, we see something of her in the recent chapter where Kazura... well, I never get to spell his name right, so I go with Isuzu and call him "Shitty fag" (oh well, the good ol' times...). Just kidding. ;)
And well... I would prefer Masataka for her if I could do anything about it. He seems more the type of guy who cares about the woman he loves, not like Mitsuomi who is too cold in my point of view. What Isuzu deserves is a man that is willing to cuddle her, and does what she tells him to do, which are no qualities I can see in Mitsuomi. After all, she only fell in love with him because he saved her life, so I guess her attention will shift when she finally realizes that she won't have a chance to get Mits. He doesn't really seem to care about her, too, he even let her get hurt without interfering.

About the Maya - Nagi-thing... I'm quite sure that Maya has no deeper feelings for Soichiro, she seems to see him as a kind of useful tool to end that 1000 year war we were told about by her and Mitsuomi - she might like him, but more as a friend than as a lover. Plus, he just isn't mature enough. I can't imagine a guy like him evoking love in a young woman like Maya. She loves Mitsuomi, and Mitsuomi loves her, and it seems to me that the conflict between those two is dissolving in the latter chapters, because they have to unite against Souhaku to stand a chance.

Ehh her and Masatka make a good match since they are the only 2 characters with realistically drawn bodies for their ages

Umm, no one else thinks that Souichirou hugging and crying could be a sign of love? He was hugging her as if she was his mother? First, he doesn't see her as a motherly figure, he see's her as a girl who he happens to like. Next, he's 15 and she's 17 the age difference isn't that large. Plus, your more emotional at that age. He could very well have been crying out of happiness, he was able to see her again after a week in that prison. He's not the only person to bust a tear over a girl he likes. Remember in volume 13 when Masataka is holding Aya in the rain. Take a look at those panels. Yup he's crying, this time its frustration, cause Aya's a dumb idiot.

I think most people believe Nagi loves Maya, him seeing her as a mother figure is completely wrong in my opinion. He has a mother, and he's said she reminds him of himself not his mother. Though I'm sure her being a strong woman like his mother makes her more attractive to him. That's why I thought he was crying too.

First that was just my intrepetation of that scene and reading a few post back or was it ch 81 thread?? Well it seems that other people have the same intrepetation of that scene too I wasn't saying that everyone has the same opinion as mine rather that some people do.

The hugging and crying scene of Nagi reminded me of how a child is with a mother hugging and crying again that's just my interepatition I'm not saying that any other view of that scene is wrong heck your probably right. I still view Nagi and Maya's having a sort of mother/son relationship and won't changed till Oh Great clears up the whole relationship between Nagin/Maya/Aya.

That's just my view on the matter.

Hello I'm a long time reader(of the manga), first time poster (here) and I translate Tenten too. EG often used my translations, but due to me being hella busy lately haven't been able to do the previous past chapters. Anyways, I was just checking if Fugu did give them permission to use his translations. I think Fugu does a great job! So I don't want to see his translations get stolen....

But yeah- as for the "meat" and all that talk... it's quite hard to understand. The only reason I'm able to get through my translations, is I live in Japan and have a lot of natives to help explain things to me. :D

Like I said, I haven't done the recent two chapters, but I'll do them later. If you want to check my translations out, go a head and check my website. It's cluttered with Naruto right now, but I have a few translations of tenten there (well, only two) but yeah- I'm just starting and Tenten... is well- not your every day Japanese ;).

Welcome aboard, just hang out here and give your input along with everyone else, Fugu's translations seem to become colabarations and the more input the better I say. :D

Hey good to see you around Nihonjintaylor. I still haven't gotten around to looking at your chapter 79 translation, even though I keep meaning to. I'm just getting really busy with a conference presentation and thesis defense coming up in the next 2 months.

As for Evil Genius, I think it is nice that they asked - I put my translations up on the web, and once that happens, I expect anyone can do whatever they want with them - so it has my tacit lack of opposition. Not a rining endorsement, but...

haha, I knew I would get that question, My website is in the www. thing right under what you are reading right now. Click on that, and you should be good ;).

As for Fugu, Ok~ glad you see it like that as well. That's pretty much how my translations are as well. Since I do it for the fun, and not for the scanlations... but yeah~

As for looking at my script and all, take care of your priorities first. When that's done, then we can discuss our translations.

im kinda dissapointed in where this manga is going. it started off strong and held on for a while but recently its been going downhill as if they really dont know whats going on. too much talking and going nowhere not to mention one chapter a month. ive been keeping up to date with bleach and its a lot more interesting each chapter released each week.

I'd be rather surprised if she'd still know that or not... I mean, for such a girl with that kind of sick moral, it obviously doesn't matter which and how many persons have seen her naked already.

@chumsy:
I somehow agree... the latter chapters were not as good as the older ones, it seems somehow that nothing really happens. Okay, Soichiro is back now, so the manga might still have a chance to get better again (but it probably only will if the spotlight will leave this most uninteresting character for a while). I'm simply fed up with seeing Soichiro here, Soichiro there, and the only matter of discussion being his Dragon's Gate and which kind of dragons it could possibly swallow.
The problem is that we only got one story-arc, while in the past, we had more that went on in the same time, but now, all we got is Soichiro / Maya / Mitsuomi doing, well, stuff. Occasionally, we see some character like Masataka or Aya, but did they do much in the latter chapters? The only thing Aya seems capable of doing is whining about why Soichiro does not seem to like her. But okay, she does that since... well, volume 1? Aya Natsume is the flattest character I've ever seen in my entire life, even Soichiro has more character evolvement than her. That's... frightening oO

The other thing is - why do Mitsuomi and Maya cooperate now, while they were fighting before? That is not explained in a way that it would make much sense. It seems to me that Oh! Great switched his ideas while making the story go on... I don't think that Souhakou was planned, but the author had to do something because since the past arc, Mitsuomi cannot be treated as the manga's villain anymore.

But one thing is certain - Oh! Great will not enter history books for his convincing storytelling. Imho, he should get to an end with 'Tenjo Tenge', as it is just getting worse with every chapter. I mean... in the beginning, the heroes had a certain goal: to win the election tournament to defeat evil Mitsuomi and his badass enforcers. But... what is the goal now? Is there any goal at all, or do the characters just do stuff to get their time over? Does the election tournament have any importance left, or is it just that ominous '1000 years war' that we don't know what it is, that will get the focus now?

I don't know. But what I know is that it's quite interesting to see how a mangaka loses control and just implements *too* much, thus damaging his earlier work.

Wow sick morals? I think it matters as when she was just in her bra and panties he told Yorihira he better not look at her and beat the crap out of Asshat when he looked at her, when Masataka saw her she was always out of it or didn't know he saw her. And Aya is anything but "flat"
They cooperated because Mitsuomi got tired of Souhaku going against his wishes including kidnapping Nagi. And I think Souhaku was planned from the start, as Nagi's mom was introduced faily early and without her arm and eyepatch, so he obviously already had the backstory of how he cut off her arm.
The plan was never to "defeat the evil Mitsuomi", Maya has been trying to save him from himself, like she couldn't save her brother from himself. Remember Mana's dying wish to Maya "Don't let Mitsuomi-kun walk the same path as Shin-kun", and Maya's admonition " This time I will not lose anyone. If anything I would say Oh! Great should be accused of stuffing too much into this story to the point where it's very confusing to know what's going on unless you pay very close attention.

How big is your email's inbox? I tried sending you a chapter long, long ago--but I think that one never got through.

Wait, you are referring to TenTen chapters, right? :?

why do i get the feeling that souichirou will die in the end cuz he 1 he IS being used to end the "100" year war and save mitsoumi, souhaku is an incredibly tall asshole with a giant machete who wishes nothing more but to getting back his useful son and once used enough, he can kill him.

I have a feeling that he'll lose his power--that he'll end the powers of the Red Feathers if he was meant to take them all with him. So, poof! No more Red Feather powers--all gone. That is, right after he ends the final fight with a bang. He could lose an arm in the process.

Or perhaps, something else entirely--but around the lines of "finishing what Makiko has started long ago." In other words, your typical anime/manga ending where everything becomes so very plainly "normal" in the end just so there won't be a sequel whatsoever.

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who thought it'd end up like that. I was thinking along the lines of Souichirou takes up all the powers, realizes that they only cause trouble for everyone and decides to exile himself.

Oh and we find out that Souhaku had a good reason for doing everything he did.

Actually, that's possible too--as in, instead of giving all of that power up, Souichirou discovers there really isn't a way to get rid of it so he exiles himself instead. If, and only if, his role was to take all of the Red Feathers' Dragons unto himself...

Or if it goes beyond that--true to manga fashion, it teases the reader with a "what if" or "to be continued" scenario even though there's really no such thing, with either Aya or Maya saying that "I know he'll return one day...etc. etc."

And if the manga would like to test the waters so to speak, that's when a familiar silhouette appears right in front of the Natsume dojo. THE END.

Of course, they could always continue training for the next Tournament or something like that.
