Well i was reading through the posts about people asking where they can download Tenjou Tenge episodes

U can download them using the sharing program limewire ( http://www.limewire.com ) I got the whole series and the movie off of it

I also think u can download the manga off of it as well

Well the movie is the last 2 episodes (25 and 26 i think...)

Its either the OVA: Ultimate Fight or the so call movie "The Past Chapter"
