In volume 1 fight 3
When talking about Souchiros confusion of the takayanagi's sou dou shyou technique with a kamehameha. maya said that if that kind of useful technique existed(the kamehameha) martial arts wouldn't exist in this world what did she mean by this.
(ps I hit the jackpot and found lots of scans so now i can enjoy tenjo tenge uncensored and there translated too)
Als what fight was aya watching saying that nagi who is "destined" to be her husband can't lose to that level when nagi was getting his ass whipped by takayanagi. She is and i shall say it in my languege "Una jodia pendeja"
What did Maya mean when she said?

It's just a joke, but TT is supposed to be existing in our world and if people could have DBZ powers martial arts would have never developed.Vampire Advent wrote:In volume 1 fight 3

Kinda ironic considering the powers characters now have in the later chapters, though no red feather power in TT could come anywhere near to destroying the moon.
I told everyone they're out there, just haveta look.Vampire Advent wrote: (ps I hit the jackpot and found lots of scans so now i can enjoy tenjo tenge uncensored and there translated too)
Love is blind...I guess I'm still the only one who likes Aya-chan.Vampire Advent wrote: Also what fight was aya watching saying that nagi who is "destined" to be her husband can't lose to that level when nagi was getting his ass whipped by takayanagi. I've never had a problem with Aya, I thought she always been likeable. Although I like her better when she's not fawning over Nagi. I think she's handling the dragons eye much better than Shin ever did. Although if Kaguro shows up that could change. She has a hard time dealing with the fact that Nagi isn't there.

Well, so far, none of the powers displayed are out of line with what's common to martial arts stories. If you've read Wuxia style chinese novels, most of the abilities and powers don't seem "DBZ'ish"kk1 wrote:It's just a joke, but TT is supposed to be existing in our world and if people could have DBZ powers martial arts would have never developed.

This includes abilites like being impervious to weapons and having freezing attacks.
