Added "Vertical Text Justification"

Hi all,

I added a pop-up on the bubble menu for doing vertical text justification (top, center - the default, and bottom.) This just controls where the text starts to flow from. The algorithms for determining where to start flowing the text for top and bottom are dead stupid right now, but the options do work. I will see if this fits my needs for a while, and if not, maybe make the selection algorithms (for where to start at the top / bottom) a bit smater if I need to.
