GMAO Update: improved Character List Wizard GUI

GMAO Update:
Improved the Character List Wizard GUI, the instructions for each panel are on the left now. You can resize the instructions to your heart's content.
Added a new panel that allows you to ignore a certain character. I use this to prevent "Sound Effect" from being listed in the character lists.
