I am not sure I understant what GMAO is...

It is a tool I wrote to help with translation. It lets you draw bubbles on top of a scanned page, and then type in the text that should be in the bubbles. It automatically sizes the text and places it in the bubbles that you drew.
It is very unlikely that you would want to use it. It is for translators that are computer geeks. I believe 3 of them exist in the world.
