Added (reader-contributed!) summaries for vols 1-3

I've updated the Vulgar Ghost Daydream page with the translation scripts for volumes 1 through 3, which have been updated with excellent reader-contributed chapter summaries. I'll add the other chapters as they come in. Thanks to badluck for the summaries - I'll give better attribution once I hear back what name I should use.
At some point I'll go through and update the Character pages with some descriptions as well.
