My Firewall is very stricted.I can't download it in IRC or BitTirrent....
I'm really want to read it so...

i have some free time.. so i tot i help you.
what you are asking for is too much... it is quite EXPENSIVE to host anything on http. (im nt sure about ftp though). Unless you got a website... you will understand. also if you do have a website... why dont you offer to host the manga? people who host mangas get to read the manga first! also please dont try those 'free webhost' such as geocities, tripod... to host :P
