Per the December Newtype we can expect an OVA next winter in Japan.
Yes, I was quite surprised that it was going to be animated. What I wonder is if an american company will option Vulgar Ghost Daydream for US release? I think they might do ok - I like the "modern day ghost story" aspect, and while it is a bit racy, it isn't terribly so. They certainly could cut a lot of the fan service out (except for some of the grotesque and macabre ghost stuff I guess.)
Anyway, it will be interesting to see.
Has anyone here checked out the CDs of the voice drama? I would be interested in that myself actually, just because it sounds so unique.
