page 202 shows the after-effects of Koga being hit by lightning.
203 shows Misaki telling Kinui that he can "feed"
204 shows Kinui feeding.

You'd have to ask him about that.
Or try to interpret the short exchange between Misaki and him before he died. You have to think a bit with this manga - it isn't all spelled out for you.
