Chapter 13 was in the December Ultra Jump. I have a copy thanks to chemiberry, but I haven't had time to translate it yet. I'll release it when I've translated it. That will happen probably within two weeks.

Actually, chapter 13 was on the November issue of Ultra Jump. It came out on October 19.
Chapter 14 will be in December issue of Ultra Jump which will be out the 19th November.

Use a nice bittorrent client, like Azureus, and then choose the files to download. Do not download .DS_Store which is a file used by the Mac OSX finder for various housekeeping things. They often end up in my work, since I generally use Mac OSX. Or linux. And sometimes windows. i think it was his sister, (lily?). Killing her made him not like women, i think. I thought the quote was really funny XD naoto's face was priceless.

so great--this series are incredible and is so damned
hard to find some more info of them..

bitto doesnt want to download it--is there a problem

no that is happening because for some reason the official client rejects ._.DS_Store files in torrents. That kind of sucks because every folder torrented on a Mac will have those files in the folder.
You should use a different client that doesn't mind about those files. I recommend http://azureus.sourceforge.net/.
