Chapter 21 not in Ultra Jump this month

Due to Miwa Shirow's deteriorated health (partially due to working hard to get volume 2 out and ready for publication) Dogs isn't in this month's Ultra Jump. Too bad. It didn't say whether it would return next month, but that seems likely.

Just a note that chapter 21 was in this month's Ultra Jump, and I've scanned it in and cleaned it up. Should release a translating within two weeks or so.

3 months since the last release, went on Tenjo Tenge and pretty much enjoy it...
But I'm curious to see how the twins handle their meeting with Miss Freuling. ^^
