What do you want to see happen next?
I like to see:
*Tawara kick Mitsuomi clone's ass!
*Masataka kick real Mitsuomi's ass!
*Aya to go Shin crazy! )
*Bob doing the best asskicking in history of manga
*Shin to come from the dead and do some Ghosting )

I'd like to see Fight 100.
But seriously, Bob needs his time to shine, although he did "win" against the Four Heavenly Divas.
Tawara needs to make a comeback, although I think when/if he fights, it's gonna be big.
Masataka and Mitsuomi finally do some family bonding (seriously, it sounds cliche, but it needs to be done. Probably'll happen when Mitsuomi dies.)

Weekly?agmaster wrote:..the manga come out weekly consistently.
I think American fans are a bit spoiled when it comes to manga: they typically only get the good series translated (although crap like Naruto and One Piece also slip through, but they are targeting a different audience (kids)) and usually have a large backlog, so they can release a tankobon a month or so. Here in Japan, normally good manga comes out once a month, with a tank a year or so.
Anyway, not really related.
A; I like One Piece, Air Gear, Flame of Recca, Houshin Engi, AND Soul Eater more than Tenge (IE; these are to me "good" series")
B; I am spoiled only as much as they spoil me. Some good manga are released weekly.
C; This is a query. Was TT ever released weekly?
Oh and most importantly....shit! When did I turn red. I miss being Yuurei.

I think that is the first time I've heard of someone liking the "Ghost" rank. I think it turns over at 20 posts. It doesn't take long for a talkative ghost to become spirited.agmaster wrote: Oh and most importantly....shit! When did I turn red. I miss being Yuurei.

I want the focus of the story to remain on two or three distinct characters since its all coming to a end clearly - I won't be satisfied if say Masataka suddenly was announced as the true warrior even though he hadn't really been used half as much as Nagi for instance (even though Masa is my favourite character, that would just be stupid... but a lot of things like that have happened).
My personal favoured outcome would be this - Nagi-Souhaku kills fake Mitsuomi in election tournament. Jyukenbu become enforcement group, but then proceeds a nasty presidental battle between Masataka and Nagi fight to the death. Masataka wanting revenge, goes beserk (as in cafeteria fight way back when) but just when he has Nagi cornered, Aya gets involved (because of Souhaku's threats) and defends Nagi.... and then Oh!Great surprises me ^^
But I missed out loads of minor (important) details which probably make most of that impossible.

More Maya, please...
It really seems tha this manga is coming to an end soon, and that makes me so sad. Oh!Great had some great characters but (IMHO) lost so much time with non vital storylines, like that Ancient Japan arc (how long did it last? Half a year?). But what I really wanted to see was more of Maya. Her fight with Tetsuhito was the best part of this series and I think she deserved to be the main character in TenTen.
Even though she´s injured now, I can´t see this manga finishing without the Maya vs Mitsuomi final confrontation. One of them is probably destined to die by the hand of the other.

That appears to be how its shaping up since the real Mitsuomi is obviously no longer able to fight the final fight has to be Nagi vs Masataka, Souhaku's way vs Dougen's. Red Feather vs non red feather.Kago Souhaku wrote:

I wonder though if Mitsuomi will just simply collapse and die...I wouldn't want that...much as I aprove of Souhaku's way, Mitsuomi is to be admired:
Also I'd like to see if Tawara fights...his fights are always worth watching/reading.And when the day comes that we are frightened by their violation upon us, do you say we should just go and hide? After 100 years, after 1000 years is that what you are going to compel those who still live to do?That is definitely not the "warrior".The blood must flow now.
I'm not sure about that, what will be next...
-maybe Oh Great put some drama ending? someone die?
Maya?Mitsuome? dunno, but definetly one of the main characters...
-Masataka or Nagi win the Tournament =new president of E-group?
-I will be very happy If at last Oh Great put some great romance in the TT...yes yes we have some couples but their relations are little...annoying I think ^^"
-Masataka+Mitsuomi=some bonds, maybe they also make a happy trio with Dougen? ;P

Oh please say there's going to be another anime season! I love the music & artwork!! The anime left an empty ending...*pouts* I want Aya to win Souichiro-sama but also Maya to lose a battle against her own little sister! ^_^
I've been reading & watching as Aya doesn't give up on Souichiro. Poor Masataka. lol He does look cute whenever he's around Aya-chan. lol Oh well he needs to try to win her affection but also the bond with his brother.

anime would have been a whole lot better if it stayed very true to the manga. even if they had to take thnigs out for tv but put them back in later on the DVDs like so many other animes are doing lately.
Japan is slowly starting to realize how well new DVDs sell when they have unrated content. let's just hope they dont figure out how you can get a person to buy the same movie over and over by releasing plat..ulta..un rated super delux...etc editions

"followed" yes.. but not "very true to the manga" like i said
they glanced over a lot of stuff, and re-aragened other stuff, not to mention compleatly changing the "end"
u can't say that they have changed the end because u don't know how it is maybe the end on the manga will be close to the anime end( I don't think anime ended that in my opinion is not a end is just something to save some work to a new season:P)Sleepy Weasel wrote:Dgames wrote:anime always followed the manga they only diverge in the OVA they vut some side dialogs yes but that aren't really importantSleepy Weasel wrote:anime would have been a whole lot better if it stayed very true to the manga. even if they had to take thnigs out for tv but put them back in later on the DVDs like so many other animes are donig lately

My main problem with the anime aside from the piss poor last tv episode was the animation. (Not the artwork itself I liked that mostly.) They toned things down, re-arranged parts and left out some minor parts but pretty much all manga to anime do that (or completely re-write the story all together) so it wasn't a big issue for me.
I'd look forward to another series as long as they pick up where they left off by introducing F and by actually animating it instead of just moving the still frames around with speed lines.

I kind of figured that fans didn't like the end of the anime because it basically overpowered Souichirou in order to set him up against Mitsuomi in the OVA—an opinion I certainly relate with. But the funny thing is, OVA Souichirou is somewhat similar to the Souichirou we have now. He can open multiple gates, gather infinite amounts of ki (albeit still with nasty repercussions, I assume) and can pretty much get "powered up." Granted, unlike the anime the manga took considerable time to get to this point, but it's sort of amusing when you try looking back on it and compare the two. The OVA basically went for a shortcut, which resulted into something that feels more forced, rushed or arbitrary and I think that's where most of the hate comes from. Nevertheless, the anime is still essentially the same story.
Some stuff are definitely missing and changed a bit, but I'm not sure if one can easily refer to it as a complete rewrite when they can simply make the OVA come off as an extra add-on to the overall story.
Personally, I can forgive if "some" details are skipped in the anime. The one thing that disappoints me the most, is the fact that the series lacks animation in the first place. It's as if the staff used up the entire budget on the first two episodes and forgot that they had 20 something more left to do.

At least the anime followed some of the manga storyline. I mean yeah think about it...the Natsume sisters have a sibling rivalry battle but remember Maya told Mitsuomi about settling the score? Well they were suppose to hold off for 3 months. Which might hint that the anime feels incomplete. It stopped halfway through the manga series. (Volume 8 )
You only seen half of the Juken club members. What kinda let me down on the anime was you get more episodes of the past. The former members of Katana & the Juken club where it focuses on Maya & Mitsuomi more than Souchiro & Aya's story. I mean the art was lovely & the music was awesome but half the time I'm thinking when are they gonna talk about the present?

I agree...I kinda hope that the supporting characters are implemented & weaved more along w/the main characters. Well the manga at least is developing & keeping me interested in reading. ^_^DemonNeedle wrote:I wanna see Masataka and especially Bob at their full fighting potential in the Tournament.
Also want to see Mitsuomi laugh out loud
I want to see these things:
1. Zombie Shin vs. Mitsuomi
2. Aya + Reiki fully awaken mode vs. Nagi + Sohaku fusion
3. Nagi + Sohaku fusion vs. Shoujo (fake Mitsuomi) + real Mitsuomi
4. Nagi +Sohaku Fusion vs. Masataka
5. Nagi vs. Masataka
I really want to see Zombie Shin vs. Mitsuomi. Mitsuomi managed to win against Shin with his special power given by Shin, and Shin did not use dragon eye. So, if this happens, we might know, who is more powerful?
2. This would be fun.
3. It will be easy fight. Sohaku is monster lived through Ancient war era, and he had more and real battle experience than Mitsuomi and fake one. They will get killed like bug.
4. It would be this manga's crimax. And, we probably see this in 2009. (god, plz move ten ten to weekly magazine)
5. this would be another good ending. fight to determine the new president. I bet Nagi for victor.

I think that there won't be any new enforment group because Todou Gakuen wont be a giant laboratory anymore, what i mean is the enforment grooup wont be need it anymore.
But if it's need it again a don't think Masataka (dislikes Mitsuomi way's), Nagi (High school future drop out), Bob or Asshat woud agree to become president. Perhaps Aya...
